Aka. "Destination Anywhere", "The Boy and Girl from County Bavaria"... After a very intense year in Würzburg (Germany), I'm back in Salamanca. I probably won't have that many experiences to write, but there's always an excuse to post a new entry!

Some random idea has been running through my head lately, and today I've finally decided to do it. This blog welcomes a new section...

THE WONDERFUL WORLD OF FICTION

As some of you will know, together with music, writing is one of the loves of my life. Be it poems, songs, novels, fanfiction... I thought it would be fun to have a section where I can also share some of these with you.

The next entry will be the first story I will include in this section. It's a very unusual genre - real person fiction (or RPF). I'd personally consider RPF a sub-genre within fanfiction (for those of you who don't know what fanfiction is, wikipedia says "is a broadly-defined term for fan labor regarding stories about characters or settings written by fans of the original work, rather than by the original creator", or to give you a more practical example, if you decided to write an alternate ending to Harry Potter or your very own Lost episode you'd be writing a fanfiction) featuring real people, mainly celebrities. I haven't mentioned their names just in case, mainly because it is my first story and I don't really want to get in trouble, as many people find it indecent. In any case, I hope you'll like it and enjoy the new section as much as I enjoy writing the things I'll post there :)
